Terms & Booking Conditions

 

All terms are either per week (Saturday to Saturday) or per short break (as agreed by client and us) for the accommodation as described. The time of take over is 4 p.m. and you must vacate your accommodation by 10 am.

 

(a) You are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition.

 

(b) You are liable for any damage to the accommodation or equipment. Damages must be reported and repaired or replaced to the satisfaction of us before departure.

 

(c) Deposits are 25% of the total cost of your holiday and on cancellation of your booking are non-refundable.

 

(d) The balance of monies due must be received 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

 

(e) a separate £100 breakages deposit is required when paying for holiday in full, this is refunded when our chalet girls have inspected the caravan before your departure on the Saturday. This is paid to you on your return to the UK.

 

Booking Confirmation

A binding contract between us will come into existence when we receive your deposit and dispatch by post the hire invoice. In all cases these conditions of hire form the basis of your contract.

 

Single Sex Group Booking

Only bookings from couples and families are accepted.

 

Occupancy

The accommodation may only be used to sleep those named on the booking form unless prior permission has been gained from the proprietors.

 

Pets

No dogs or pets are allowed.

 

Furnishings

Under no circumstances must seats or bedding be taken outside the caravan.

 

Liabilities

The owners will not be responsible for any damage to clients’ property by fire or theft or any injury to persons whilst on La Carabasse Holiday Park. Anyone using La Carabasse Holiday Park does so entirely at his or her own risk and we will not accept liability.

 

Termination of Occupation

When placing a booking you are deemed to have accepted these conditions. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate occupation of any site without compensation when in their reasonable opinion any person(s) fails to observe the above conditions, or when the conduct of any visitor is considered detrimental to the proprietor or other visitors. In this event no refund shall be due.

 

Cancellation

By you must be received in writing and you are liable to pay the full amount should we be unable to re-let your holiday. Should we manage to re-let your booking we will refund the full cost minus the booking deposit, which is non-returnable. It is recommended that holiday insurance be taken out to cover this eventuality.
